Day -8
Just realise I have been self-neglected since I coughed
haven't done facial for a long time....not even a mask at home lol
and many other things....
looks very 殘 now due to poor sleep for almost a week!
Finally succumb to attend a GP this morning. whom I first attended when I was 6!
Told to have wheeze on auscultation (but I couldnt hear anything when I tried to auscultate myself)
Given Terbutaline..
