suddenly mood's a bit low.....

mid-autumn fest's approaching...the moon is getting fuller....
my stomach is aching more frequently...

i tried not to write. i kept writing objective review to reveal my feelings indirectly..

for how long would this negative automatic thoughts be staying with me...
ha...i think the first person for me to try CBT on ...should be myself.

stupid mood swing.

  1. at least you know what your negative automatic thoughts are... you don't need a therapist to reflect on it for you.. guess everyone has some degree of distorted cognition...
